The portal car wash TV 50 is designed for the external washing of commercial vehicles. The maximum vehicle height is 5.05 m. The vehicle is positioned in the starting position of the car wash by the driver. After that, the gantry washer moves along the vehicle, performing a comprehensive wash according to the selected programme.

Description

The portal car wash is designed for washing vehicles such as trucks, trucks with trailers and semi-trailers, road trains, tankers, buses and vans, with or without spoiler, with hydraulic side or different types of rear view mirrors. The maximum width of the vehicles is 2.90 m. Maximum vehicle height 5.05 m. Four portal wash heights are available. The steel construction makes it possible to reduce the overall height of the portal wash to 300 mm in 100 mm increments. The portal TV sink can be mounted individually based on the conditions of the room. The width of the structure can also be reduced to 200 mm. The standard hot-dip galvanised finish can be optionally painted with OF302 powder coating (RAL 7500). On the left side is the electronics cabinet, on the right side is the water and detergent distribution cabinet. Both high quality plastic cabinets are easily accessible for maintenance from the front. The gantry washes are equipped as standard with two pairs of optical sensors for better tracking of vehicle contours and increased safety.Their cabinets are easily accessible from the front.
